Comments

Media

When you become a customer through our website we will ask for your email address for future communication about your order and connection with our customers. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time, using the button below each email, on what time you will me deleted from our data-base.
Collecting order information
We will collect personal data (name, address, and phone number) during our order sign-ups, for the purpose of communicating with you about your order and sending the package to your home address. If you wish to receive an official invoice we could also collect additional information which will be stored for a maximum of 6 months, in order to give you service after buying a product from our website. We just want to make sure you are a happy customer.

The provided information on your sign up form and order forms will be stored only for the purposes of sending the acquired product from our website, and will be saved during a maximum of 6 months, to make sure the package arrives and any service can be provided in the time after the sales. We hope to find your consent and that we always take care and protect your personal data from getting in the hands of others.

Who we share your data with
We will never share your data willingly with others. Once you submit a form on our website, your data will be added to our CRM but not saved to any other device. You can at all times unsubscribe when you wish to remove your data from our database. And we only collect data that are willingly given to us by using sign-up forms and order forms, that have a GDPR consent checkbox in place. We explicitly ask for your written consent when we would like to use your information for other purposes than to send you the requested item or business related to Papacho Andean Art.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (when in the future we decide to provide that option) we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. Just put your request in sending an email through our contact form with the NOTE PERSONAL DATA. We hold the right to delete any content or comments that are not in line with our terms of use, or that we find unfitting to the content we provide.
