About Papacho Andean Art
My name is Alejandro Prieto, people call me Ale, and I am a passionate wirewrapping artist from the Andes. All my designs are inspired by nature and my connection with the gemstones and crystals. Pachamama inspires me and helps me to create these orignal design.
They are all unique and handmade and I give all my love, attention and energy during the creation process. I love the fine details and want to make the perfect necklace every time. It takes me 1 – 2 days to design and create these unique pendants from the highest quality gemstones and crystals. Andes of Peru
I was born and raised in Peru, where I started creating my wire wrapping art when I was 20. I always had the big dream to travel the world, and live a passionate and free life. Peru remains my home, my roots and my connection with the Andes especially is very very strong. There is something so magical about these Mountains and it fills my heart to be there.
My inspiration
While I was in school I was always looking for adventure, a way out of that classroom… When the teacher wanted to teach me something, I was more interested in what life wanted to teach me. The creative lifestyle is my way of learning from life, and giving back. Especially the Andean mountains and my dog Papacho have taught me a lot.
My dreams come true
Traveling the world has always been my dream, and I enjoy it still very much and hope to see many more countries.
I also have the dream to make some place my home, open a gemstone shop and a spiritual center together with my partner, start a family and live happily ever after… And I enjoy whatever life has in store for me along the way.
